Shipping Options & Delivery Costs
We offer the following shipping options - you will see shipping charges added at checkout based on purchase.

Standard shipping $15.00 weight limit may apply (flat rate 5-10 Business days), Express shipping $22.00 - $35.00 weight limit may apply (1-4 business days) Free standard shipping on orders over $199.00 (5-10 Business days) excludes some items (Bikes, Frames, Wheels/rims and bulk items, but not limited to) all delivery times are estimates only, delivery times may vary depending on location and or demand on shipping company. Shipping information based on Australia post, we reserve the right to use any shipping company to delivery your product. Some remote/country area's not available for delivery.

Order Processing Time
All orders placed before 2 PM Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched the same day, all orders placed after will be dispatched the next business day. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent from our warehouse on Monday or on the next business day. If for any reason a products maybe unavailable at the time of purchase Pedal Champ will contact you regarding extra lead time or back orders. In some cases product may need further processing time if being dispatched from interstate warehouse.

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order.

We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
International Orders N/A at this time
Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
